Our store began in 1988, originally operating as The Air Apparent Kite Store, later known as Hijinks and specializing in kites and other flying toys. Over the years we have evolved to become YoYoLoco/Plinkety Plink in order to better represent our diverse customers and format of products, while still maintaining our original philosophy of playful spirit and childlike discovery.

We will gladly refund, credit or exchange any item when returned in UNOPENNED and UNUSED condition within 30 days of the original purchase date.
