Plinkety Plink/YoYoLoco Shipping Policy
We do not use our shipping costs as a profit center! At Plinkety Plink/YoYoLoco it is our goal to ship your order quickly via the quickest, most efficient method available.

Shipping within the US:
Priority Mail: This is a great method shipping for yo-yos and most packages under 2 pounds. Priority is fast and also allows for Saturday deliveries.
Normal average time in transit is listed by the Post Office as 2-3 days throughout the continental United States.
*** Please Note: Occasionally, and more often during heavy Christmas shipping dates at the Post Office - we have seen some slow down in the arrival date for some packages shipped using Priority Mail.
Also be aware that the Delivery Confirmation Number issued by the Post Office at the time of shipping is not a tracking number. The Delivery Confirmation Number provides proof of delivery and assists in finding lost packages. If you like to watch the online updates of your package as they travel across the country, then you should choose an upgraded method like FedEx/UPS with true package tracking.
Ground / Standard Shipping: For this shipping method we generally use FedEx/UPS. It is typically more expensive, but has good tracking information with fairly predictable delivery dates once they are shipped. Travel time can be from 2 to 6 business days depending on how far the final destination is from Colorado.

Please note: UPS/FedEx counts "business days" when figuring time in transit and will not typically deliver on Saturdays unless service is upgraded at a very high premium to the shipping charge. Packages sent Next Day/Second Day Air from our store on a Thursday/Friday will not typically arrive at destination until Monday or Tuesday.
We consider UPS and FedEx interchangable unless otherwise instructed via email and will ship either carrier depending on driver pickup times and what we feel will be the best method.

International Shipping:
Orders sent internationally may need to be confirmed via email with the customer, verifying address, final charges and approval of delivery method. Please provide a valid/current email address when ordering should we need to contact you about your order. Our website shopping cart will typically estimate the charge for the shipping based on the order weight - this approximation will usually be higher than your actual shipping charge. Final bill at the time of credit card processing will be for the cost quoted by the USPS website based on destination and weight. If the shipping cost is more than our website calculated we will only ship after receiving approval via email communication from the customer as to cost and method of delivery.
We typically will use International Priority Mail for small, light weight packages. Average travel time to most countries is 8-10 days, with a cost usually of $19-28 for a 1 pound package depending on country. Shipping Fee is based on total weight of the order, your cost will be higher for more items and heavier items.
Depending on your country there may be customs duty for product you purchase from YoYoLoco / Plinkety Plink. Customs duty is a tax from your government placed on imported products, we have no control over these charges. You are responsible for paying any customs duty/taxes when your package is delivered that have been assigned by your by your country/government.

Your order will be carefully packed and shipped as quickly as possible, which is usually the next business day (but often same day depending when your order was placed). If orders take longer than 48 hours to process we will advise the customer via email.

YoYoLoco / Plinkety Plink will not be held responsible for missed, slow, or late package shipments due to circumstances beyond our control including unexpected carrier delivery delays, weather and/or mechanical-related delivery slow-downs, 'signature-required' package drop-off enforcement, delivery hang-tag notification, or other any other reason(s). Although UPS, FedEx and USPS are all usually very reliable package delivery services, all YoYoLoco/Plinkety Plink shipping fees are completely NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. "Overnight" UPS/FedEx Express service included!
